Our scope of this refurbishment project will involve:

• Carefully stripping back and safe disposal of the existing external façade and associated combustible materials.

• Installation of fully compliant non-combustible materials including fire barriers, masonry support and cavity trays.

• Rebuilding and restoring the brickwork, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and finish.

Refurbishment projects present a unique challenge compared to traditional new build projects given the increased emphasis to minimise disruption to existing residents and stakeholders.
