Peelers Yard is a brand-new Build-to-Rent development, comprising 81 open-plan one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplex penthouses, and townhouses, built on the site of an 1800s police station in Manchester’s newest neighbourhood, New Cross.

Designed by Tim Groom, the brickwork features include three different brick and mortar types, as well as brick soffits for openings. We will also be working closely with Tate Steel Limited, who are designing and supplying the masonry support system and brick soffit details for the project.
